Recently, we had a crazy closing - it was so stressful and we thought it wasn't going to close at all.
It did close, but after the fact I evaluated our performance - was there anything we could have done to make it less crazy?
Sure, working with less difficult people is an option. Aside from that - there were a few lessons I learned and we'll take those to improve our performance in the future.
