Do I need to post EVERY day on social media?

Feel free to use these posts at a cadence that you're comfortable with. Social media is all about visibility. Most posts will reach about 10% of followers organically. You'll want to post at a minimum of 3-5 times a week. Feel free to spread the posts out - one day on Facebook, another day on LinkedIn, then another day is a YouTube video, etc.

I really hate going live - do I have to do that?

Of course not. But, if you don't go live, be sure to deliver the message to your audience in another format. Whether that's a pre-recorded video you upload, an infographic or just a regular post that you type out.

Some of these recommendations don't fit me or my brand, now what?

Not all of these prompts are going to work for every single person. The key is to have consistent content for your followers. If you don't want to post about Groundhog's Day - don't. You can also take inspiration from the recommendations in this calendar. Create content from a different angle - the key is you're creating the content!

Exactly what is this content I'm supposed to be creating?

"Content" includes social posts, blog posts, newsletters, videos, etc. Some of our best content is in the form of social media because it's SO easy to create. You should also consider re-purposing your content. If you do a monthly market video, create an infographic to share on social, upload it to your blog post, include it in your newsletter - you can get a lot of mileage out of ONE piece of content.
