Goal-setting season is almost upon us!
Traditionally, goal setting is done for the whole year - but when you look at that big of a goal - it can be super intimidating.
I know I've been spiraling by the end of January because I haven't reached that huge annual goal!
A lot of people aren't fans of setting big annual goals, but I still do because I think it's a good idea to have a big-picture goal in mind.
But then the process of MEETING that big goal - that's done in smaller chunks - which is exactly what we go through in this episode.
