What To Do When Your Listing Hasn't Sold
One of these days, houses might not sell in the blink of an eye. And our listings might be on the market for a few days more than we expect.
Before you freak out that the sky is falling (it's not, I promise!) there are things you can do today to prepare yourself, and your sellers.
Whether it's setting the seller expectations, to being a more data driven agent, or evaluating your exposure performance - these are all fairly simple changes you can make to your strategy to position yourself (and your listing!!) in the best light no matter what the market conditions.
